UCSD Theater District Living
& Learning Neighborhood.

This massive 1,500,000SF student-housing neighborhood is built on a 10.9-acre site of the University of San Diego’s (UCSD) west campus. It will consist of six buildings and will house 2000 beds and support the University’s mission to put student well-being first and connect to the surrounding community.

WHAT WE'RE WORKING ON

UCSD Ridgewalk LLN Low-Voltage Design Development

This new development for UCSD, commencing construction in summer of 2023, boasts a new Triton Center and a 2,400-bed housing complex.

UCI Verano 8 Graduate Housing

UCI unveiled its new 329,170SF, 7-building graduate housing community in 2022, Verano 8. The Verano 8 towers house an additional 1,055 beds and a community center.

SDSU Electrical Infrastructure Upgrades

High priority electrical infrastructure upgrades and replacements to SDSU campus buildings with a focus on medium voltage systems equipment and distribution infrastructure.
